Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 6, 2023 during a Teacher Workday. The inspection lasted from approximately 9:10 a.m. to approximately 10:05 a.m. There were 38 children present with 3 staff. The children were observed playing with legos, in the gym and other organized activities. A complete inspection of physical plant, children and staff records, emergency drills, menu, and injury reports was completed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. If you have any questions, please e-mail me at tameika.king@doe.virginia.gov. Thank you for your cooperation during the inspection.
