A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on November 6, 2023 during a Teacher Workday to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection lasted from approximately 9:10 a.m. to approximately 10:05 a.m. There were 39 children present with 3 staff. The children were observed playing on the playground. A complete inspection of physical plant, children and staff records, emergency drills, menu, and injury reports was completed. There were 4 medications inspected at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
