An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 3/11/2026 and completed on 3/11/2026. The on-site inspection began at 7:30 am and ended at 8:50 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 25 children present and 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 8 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observation.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
