Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on September 26 2022 between 11:00am and 11:45am. There were 37 children in the direct care of 4 staff members. Child were observed participating in "Wheels" day, hand washing, and eating lunch. A review of child records, medications, action plans, emergency drills, and staff certifications was conducted.
