Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on January 27 2023 between 12:00pm and 12:50pm. There were 31 children in the direct care of 3 staff members. Children were observed washing hands and eating lunch. A review of the medications, staffing trainings, child records, and the emergency drills were conducted.
