Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on April 10, 2025 and completed on April 10, 2025, as a part of the current licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 7:40am and ended at 8:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 27 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 child files and 3 staff files on-site.
This inspection included: document review, postings review, tour of the facility and playgrounds, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
