Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 4/13/2023 and concluded on 4/13/2023. There were 19 children directly supervised by 2 staff members. Children were observed outside, transitioning inside, handwashing and table top games during the after school program. The physical plant, 3 child records, 3 staff training records, medications and evacuation drills were inspected. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
