A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI.

All staff who work directly with children shall have within 90 days of the date of
employment shall have current CPR/First Aid certification.
Staff #1 who has been employed for more than 90 days did not have current CPR/First Aid certification. Certification expired in 02/2025.
