Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/9/22. There were 24 children present, with 4 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed playing outdoors and getting picked up for the day from the program. 4 staff and 3 children's records, attendance and emergency drill records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
