Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/14/23 from 4:45pm to 5:10pm. There were 16 children present, with 2 staff supervising. The children were observed playing card games and "Just Dance". 2 children's records, 1 staff record, attendance, emergency drill records and the first aid kit was reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
