Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 01/13/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:00 AM and ended at 1:30 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. CDC: There were 110 children present and 26 staff. The inspector reviewed 8 children?s records and 8 staff records. This inspection included"

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
2There was hair product with a warning label on top of a cabinet cabinet three feet from the floor.
There were two containers of shaving cream with warning labels on an open shelf four feet from the floor.
A memo will go out to all staff reminding them that potentially hazardous substances (with warning labels) must be kept in cabinet with child proof locks/latches when no in direct use.
Children were observed moving directly from eating morning snack to playing with toys/books without washing their hands..
A memo will go out to all staff reminding them that children's hands must be washed with soap and running water or disposable wipes both before and after eating snacks and meals before the children play with equipment or with their friends.
