Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 3/6/2024. There were 10 children present with the provider and 1 staff supervising. The point total was 26. The children were observed eating breakfast, engaged in free play, and during a staff led activity. A total of 5 child records, 2 staff records and 1 household member record were reviewed. The inspection started at 8:45 am and concluded at 9:45 am.
