An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 12/10/2024 and completed on 12/10/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:45AM and ended at 12:59PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 94 children present and 19 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records on site on 12/10/2024 and 5 staff records on-site on 12/10/2024. Medication was reviewed on site 12/10/2024. This inspection included - document review, tour of the facility, and observations.
