Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was completed from 9:45am until 10:30 by the inspector and the program support technician. There were 17 children in care with 3 teachers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records on site. The center had recently submitted required information required for their exemption letter including staff information.
Information gathered determined no violations.
