Inspector Notes
An unannounced code compliance inspection was completed on 3/21/25 and 3/25/25 on site. there were 23 children in care with 3 staff on 3/21/25. Five staff records were reviewed on 3/25/25 and three children's' records were reviewed on 3/21/25. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observation.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
