Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using a hybrid in-person/remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and an in person tour of the program.

A renewal inspection was conducted on 04/04/2022. The director was contacted by email and an on site inspection was conducted. There were 40 preschool aged children present, with 7 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

It was determined the center did not ensure that all areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, were maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition.
Evidence:
There was peeling paint on some of the bookcases, tables, desks throughout the building.
Plan of Correction: Staff will touch up paint on the equipment.
