Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on April 8, 2025 and completed on April 8, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 a.m. and ended at 11:30 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 36 children present with seven staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and four staff records on-site. This inspection included record review, observations, interviews and a tour of the facility.The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
