Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on March 4, 2026 and completed on March 4, 2026. The on-site inspection began at 9:35 a.m. and ended at 10:30 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 36 children present with eight staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included a tour of the facility, record review, observations, and interviews. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
