Inspector Notes

An unannounced focused inspection was completed on 11/08/2024 as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:00amand ended at 1:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements. There were 76 children present and 11 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and5 staff records. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Staff are required to submit to fingerprinting prior to their first date of employment.

Staff #1. employed for over 3 months did not have documentation of the results of a fingerprint.
Plan of Correction: The center has sent for the background check however have not received results. The director has sent for another check for this employee. Confirmation of a fieldprint appointment was sent to the inspector.
