Inspector Notes

An unannounced code compliance inspection was conducted on 5/20/2024 between the hours of 9:03am and 9:40am. There were 3 classrooms observed with a total of 22 children present with 5 staff supervising. Ratios were in compliance. The children were observed holding and learning about baby chicks, coloring, participating in activity stations. and other organized activities. A complete inspection of the physical plant, child and staff records, fire drill log, medication, and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Evidence: There were no Out of State Central Criminal Record Checks for Staff #1, Staff #3, and Staff #5. There was no Out of State Criminal History Check for Staff #5.
Plan of Correction: Out of State Background Checks will be obtained for the 3 staff members.
