An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 06/12/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:50 AM and ended at 10:50 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 35 children present with 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records on site. This inspection included:
