Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 10/24/2023.There were 15 children present with 3 staff supervising. The children were engaged in board games, and observed during snack time. A total of 5 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 3:20 pm and concluded at 4:20 pm.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation and staff interview, the center did not ensure the license and any other documents required by the Superintendent were posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises.
Evidence: Staff confirmed that the most recent inspection results dated April 3, 2023, were not posted.
Plan of Correction: Will be more diligent in the future to ensure correct report is posted.
