Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 11/8/2023.There were 20 children present with 2 staff supervising. The children were observed during check in time engaged in board games, coloring time, and snack time. A total of 5 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 3:30 pm and concluded at 4:25 pm.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review and staff interview the center did not implement a monthly practice evacuation drill as required.

Evidence: Staff confirmed the center's evacuation drill sheet did not include documentation of an evacuation drill in the month of October 2023.
