Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:10am-11:30pm. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 4 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, and injury reports were inspected. Children were observed having snack and participating in movement class. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
