Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 4/14/2021 and concluded on 4/15/2021. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were no children present and 18 children expected during the daily session with 3 staff. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
