Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 12:00pm-12:45pm. The inspection was conducted between sessions and children were seen being dismissed to parents and arriving for the day. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Based on a review of medication, the center agreed to administer medication despite not meeting all requirements.
