Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A complaint inspection was initiated at the facility on 6/21/2021, continued on 7/2/2021 and concluded on 7/22/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection/investigation was conducted. The investigation included review of documentation and interviews. The inspector reviewed alleged non-compliance in the area of behavior management /forbidden action.

The information gathered during the investigation did not determine a preponderance of evidence of violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
