Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interview and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 8/19/2021 and concluded on 8/24/2021. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 8 children present and 1 staff. Seventeen children were on a field trip to the neighborhood park with two staff. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 5 staff
records along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and a violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1Evidence:
1. Staff records did not include documentation of daily health observation training within the past three years.
2. Staff 1 stated that daily health observation training had not been obtained by staff within the past three years.
The program director has been trained in the daily health observation of children and will renew this training and provide training to all staff in this month's training meeting.
