Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 12:50pm-2:00pm. There were 13 children in the direct care and supervision of 3 staff. A sample of 3
children?s records, and 3 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed napping. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection.
