Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today in response to a self reported incident that was received by the Virginia Department of Education, Office of Child Care Health and Safety. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to allegations of forbidden actions and child abuse. Based upon a preponderance of evidence, the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, and the incident is determined to be not valid.
