An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/6/25 from 10:55 am to 11:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 17 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site and at the main office on Wheeler Drive. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
