Inspector Notes

An unannounced focused monitoring visit following the Intensive Plan of Correction(IPOC) implemented on 12/12/2022 was conducted on 1/18/2023. Children were observed during outdoor play and returning from the outside playground to the center. Inspector spoke with staff about the procedures put in place to ensure children are supervised on the playground as well as during the transition to and from outside. Inspector observed the procedures that have been implemented by the center following the IPOC. Inspector also reviewed 10 staff files for compliance. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
