This unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted by licensing staff regarding the area of Physical Plant, related to the required fall zone for the composite piece on the playground. Measurements were taken and interviews conducted. The inspection was initiated on November 10, 2022 and concluded on November 17, 2022. There were no violations cited.
