Based on record review and staff interview the center did not ensure within 30 days of the first day of employment, staff must complete orientation training in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), as appropriate to the age of the children in care.
Evidence: The director confirmed that the files for staff #4, 5, & 6 did not contain documentation of First Aid and CPR orientation.
Plan of Correction: Currently have it in our orientation. Will add a line item and date of when they received this verbal orientation.
