Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted during the extended day portion of the full day program. Four children were present with three staff and was within ratios for supervision. Observed children transitioning from snack, hand washing and free play with room toys and equipment. Reviewed 4 records, emergency medication, staff training, emergency supplies and drills as well as physical space. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
