Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. Twelve preschool children were present with 3 staff and a volunteer. Observed children transitioning in from outside (obstacle course and a visit from the fire department), hand washing and circle time as well as an art project. Children bring their food from home. Reviewed 2 staff records, 1 staff record (off-site for background checks and TB) as well as emergency preparation and training. No medication was reported to be on-site today. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
