Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted. Preschool children were directly supervised by 2 staff and in ratio for supervision. The children were participating in an art project with a County art staff member working on a Valentine home with colors to represent family members. Children transitioned from art to hand washing and snack (bought from home). Emergency drills, staff trainings, first aid supplies and emergency supplies were current. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please be aware that the plan of correction must be provided within 5 business days of receipt of the inspection notes if you want it displayed on the website. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
