Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring visit was conducted to modify the license location back to the newly built Lubber Run Community Center. The program core hours will be 8:00-3:00 and include an extended day component from 3:00-6:00 pm. The inspection was initiated on 8/25/2021. Program administration was contacted by email and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were no children present the day of the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming materials, medication procedures, nutrition procedures (all food is provided from the child's home) and emergency procedures. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
