Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted during the extended day portion of the program day. Three children were present with two staff. Children bring snacks and lunch from home. No medication was on-site. Reviewed two children's files and one staff record, emergency preparation, physical plant and trainings. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
