Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted during the after hours portion of the day. Four children stay for extended hours. Observed the transition between nap, hand washing, pickup and afternoon snack (bought from home). Reviewed 2 children's records, staff training, emergency preparation, physical space, medications -none were reported to be on-site and nutrition.Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
