Inspector Notes

A code compliance inspection was conducted on 09/13/2022. There were 36 children present, ranging in ages from 2 years to 4 years, with 6 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision. There were no medications on site during the inspection. A total of 3 children?s records and 3staff records were reviewed.
