Inspector Notes
This renewal inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 12/08/2023, between the hours of 9:30 am to 12 pm. There were 62 preschool children present, with 9 staff supervising, across 4 separate classrooms. The children were engaged in the following: a rehearsal for the upcoming holiday program, granola bar making, center play within the classroom, housekeeping, car play, bathroom breaks, hand washing, outside on the center playground, snack, story time, afternoon pick-up, and other organized activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 8 children records were reviewed. Staff files were reviewed on an earlier date through the PRCS main office in Leesburg.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
