Inspector Notes

Today an unannounced Monitoring Inspection took place between the hours of 9:40am and 11:15am. There were 4 rooms observed with a total of 65 children with 10 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed eating a morning snack, participating in show-n-tell, playing basketball and foosball. The younger camp group was observed leaving the building on a field trip. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. There were two medications on-site during the inspection found to be in compliance. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice.

Based on observation, requirements were not met when food was brought from home.
Evidence:
1. 8 lunch boxes were observed in the preschool classroom without a name or date.
2. 9 lunch boxes were observed in the preschool classroom without the date.
Plan of Correction: Management will begin double checking each day to make sure it's being done accurately.
