Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on conducted on 2/6/2023 from 11:15 am to 1:45 pm. There was a total of 48 children, ages 15 months to 5 years in four groups under the care of nine staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed three children?s record, three staff records, board officer background checks and other requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete. The children were observed having lunch, washing hands, and playing inside and out.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
