Inspector Notes
An unannounced code compliance inspection was completed on 03/24/2026. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 44 children present and 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 4 staff records. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements. Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The center shall establish and implement procedures for the appropriate supervision of all children in care. The center's supervision procedures state, "students should be within eyesight of a staff member at all times of the day," to include during bathroom breaks which require staff to remain in the hallway or in the classroom doorway in order to monitor the student(s) walking through the hallway to the bathroom as well as any students in the classroom. During the inspection 3 4 year-old children were observed in the hallway with no staff supervision.
Plan of Correction: The director will review the center's supervision procedures with all staff. A staff will be in the hallway to ensure all children are supervised when going to and from the bathroom.
