An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on 11/15/2024 as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 12:50pm and ended at 2:15pm The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 3staff records.
