Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 4:10 p.m. and ending at 5:00 p.m. with the director. There were 21 children in care ages 5 through 10 years old under the care and supervision of 3 staff. Children were observed during outdoor play, transition time, hand washing and afternoon snack. Snack today was apples and gold fish crackers.

Three staff records and three medications were reviewed. Emergency drills are up to date. A complete first aid kit was available.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
