Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 25, 2023. There were 18 children in care ages 5 years through 11 years old under the care and supervision of 3 staff. Programming including centers, snack and transition time were observed.

Three staff records and four children's records were reviewed. Emergency drills were up to date.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
