Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed from 11:00am until 12:20pm. There were 23 children and 4 staff present.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 staff records and 5 children?s records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violation were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review, the center did not maintain public liability insurance for bodily injury for each center site with a minimum limit of at least $500,000 each occurrence and with a minimum limit of $500,000 aggregate.
Evidence:
The insurance documentation stated it had expired 01/02/2023.
Plan of Correction: The director will get an updated copy of the insurance certificate.
