Inspector Notes
An unannounced Code Compliance inspection was conducted today with Administrative staff from 9:50 am to 11 am. Sixty children were present with 12 staff providing supervision. During the walkthrough, the Licensing Inspector was able to observe children eating their morning snack, a birthday celebration and handwashing. Viewed documentation of Medication Administration Training and First Aid/CPR certification for staff. Six staff and children's files were reviewed today. The area of non compliance is documented on the violation notice.

Based on a review of six staff files and interview with Administrative staff, it was determined that all staff did not have the central registry record background check within 30 days of employment.
